BUDDHA 9

The paintings in this series are not only a quite obvious statement about
everything being about money, they are about the relationship these people have with money.

For me, an interesting and secondary question also exists
with what relationship exists between these people,
and between these people and the skulls and the Buddha.

Also, I like the thought that life is like a lottery and one could 'win'
being any one of these 'prizes' or people, or skulls in the game.

Each painting is 18'' x 18'' without the frame.
